What is E-Liquid?
E-liquid is a solution of propylene glycol (PG) and/or vegetable glycerin (VG), optional nicotine amounts, and food-grade flavorings. The solution vaporizes when heated and translates flavor, as well as throat and nicotine hit when inhaled, to simulate smoking.
What is the difference between nicotine and tobacco?
Nicotine and tobacco are not the same thing. Tobacco in traditional cigarettes consists of dried leaves that contain nicotine naturally. Nicotine, as a liquid, can be extracted from many different sources and then added into a PG/VG base along with flavorings. Even tomatoes contain small amounts of nicotine!
When will my order ship?
Most orders usually ship within 1-2 days. Expect an additional day if ordering on the weekend or a holiday.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has shipped. You can also find tracking on our website under your customer account.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
We apologize but unfortunately we are unable to make changes to an order after the credit card has been charged. Double check your order before ordering but you can also cancel your order and reorder again.
What if I received something wrong on my order?
If you have received an order that is damaged or contained the wrong product, please take a picture immediately and email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to resolve your issues immediately.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
USPS First Class: Usually delivers within 3-5 business days
USPS Priority: Usually delivers within 2-3 business days
USPS International: Usually delivers within 5-7 business days USPS International. *Please note: USPS Shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.
My order status says, "Unfulfilled". What does this mean?
Unfulfilled means that we haven't shipped the order yet. Once your order has shipped the order status will show as fulfilled.
"There are no shipping rates available for your area". What does this mean?
We are currently not shipping to Arkansas and New York due to new laws prohibiting sales there.
